What's wrong with traditonal treatments?

The traditional methods all have one fatal flaw, they work by attracting slugs! Of course this means that if you get the dose wrong you end up having attracted all the slugs in the area but have not enough pellets to kill them.

Ther are other significant issues with slug pellets, such as:

  • They're dangerous to humans and animals if eaten
  • They're not organic
  • They only affect slugs above ground
  • They don't work after heavy rain
  • Requires frequent re-application
